Conway holds Arkansas's only Silver-Level Bicycle Friendly Community designation from the League of American Bicyclists — the most bike-friendly mid-size city in Central Arkansas and one of only ~480 such designations nationwide. The city has over 60 miles of paved shared-use paths, shared-lane markings, and bike lanes.

The Kinley Trail (formerly Tucker Creek Trail) is Conway's flagship — 3+ miles paved with a half-mile spur, running from Salem Road to Gatlin Park with natural-surface singletrack in the pine trees alongside for more adventurous riders. The Stone Dam Creek Trail connects directly from UCA's campus across Dave Ward Drive — a practical student commuter corridor. Cadron Settlement Park adds 5 miles of MTB trail with beginner and technical loops (Class 1 on natural-surface trails).

Three universities (UCA, Hendrix, Central Baptist College — ~14,000 combined students) create the dominant cycling demographic. Conway's rolling terrain makes e-bikes significantly more useful than flat-terrain cities — pedal assist turns intimidating residential climbs into enjoyable daily commutes.
