Every electric bike and scooter comes with a 1 year warranty covering manufacturing defects on the motor, battery, and frame. Accessories carry a 6-month warranty. If anything fails within the warranty period, contact us via our contact form with your order details and photos — we will arrange a repair or replacement.
Because we ship from local warehouses within your country or region, most orders arrive without additional import duties or taxes. For international orders outside our warehouse regions, we will advise on any likely costs upfront before you commit.
Once your order is confirmed via our order form, we process and dispatch within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Large items like bikes are delivered kerb-side via freight courier. Accessories and smaller items ship via standard tracked courier.
