Little Rock sits at the geological meeting point of the Ouachita Mountains and the Arkansas River Delta — offering riders both flat river corridor commuting and mountain terrain within minutes of downtown.

The Arkansas River Trail (ART) is the centrepiece — 15.6-mile paved multi-use loop along both shores of the Arkansas River, anchored by the Big Dam Bridge (North America's longest bridge built specifically for cyclists and pedestrians) and the Clinton Presidential Bridge. The full ART system extends to 88 miles through Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, and Conway. Class 1 and 2 e-bikes permitted throughout.

River Mountain Park is Little Rock's dedicated mountain bike park, connecting via Pinnacle Valley Road to the Monument Trails at Pinnacle Mountain State Park — world-class purpose-built singletrack for Class 1 e-MTBs. State Capitol area, UAMS Medical Center, and downtown employers are all within e-bike range of riverside neighbourhoods.
